§ *LORD DE RAMSEYMy Lords, this is a Bill for clearing up some doubt that has arisen as to the jurisdiction of a Court in that island to enforce penalties under the Metalliferous Mines Act. The intention is to put the Isle of Man on an equality with England in this matter. I beg to move the Second Reading.
