§ * VISCOUNT CROSSMy Lords, in moving that this Report be now received I wish to state that, as a matter of course, I telegraphed the Amendment which has been moved by the noble Earl Lord Northbrook, and which I accepted the other day, to the Viceroy. The Viceroy desires me to state to your Lordships that he entirely approves the Amendment which I then accepted.
