Report from the Committee for Privileges, that His Royal Highness the Duke of Clarence and Avondale has place and precedence in this House next after His Royal Highness the Duke of Connaught and Strathearn, and before His Royal Highness the Duke of Albany, His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord Chancellor or Lord Keeper of the Great Seal, the Archbishop of York, the Lord President of Her Majesty's Privy Council, the Lord Privy Seal, and all other Dukes, and that Her Majesty may direct His said Royal Highness to be placed in a chair or seat, to be prepared for him, on the left hand of the Cloth of Estate, if such shall be Her Royal pleasure; made, and agreed to; and resolved and adjudged accordingly; and Resolution and Judgment to be laid before Her Majesty by the Lords with White Staves: Ordered, that the proceedings of the Committee for Privileges be printed.
