§ LORD BRABOURNEI have to move the Second Reading of this Bill, which has come up from the other House of Parliament, merely confirming the scheme of the Charity Commissioners, and as it meets with no opposition from any quarter I simply content myself without further remark by moving the Second Reading.
§ Bill read 2a (according to order), and committed to a Committee of the whole House on Thursday next.
