§ EARL CADOGANMy Lords, I crave the indulgence of the House to allow me to make a Motion which I have been unable previously to give notice of my intention to bring before your Lordships, but which I will now take the opportunity of making. It is that a letter written by Mr. Walpole (the representative of Hansard's Parliamentary Debates) to the Marquess of Lothian, and dated 17th July, be printed and circulated among the Members of this House.
