My Lords, I crave the indulgence of the House to allow me to make a Motion which I have been unable previously to give notice of my intention to bring before your Lordships, but which I will now take the opportunity of making. It is that a letter written by Mr. Walpole (the representative of Hansard's Parliamentary Debates) to the Marquess of Lothian, and dated 17th July, be printed and circulated among the Members of this House. My Lords, I beg to move to that effect.
