reported Her Majesty's answer to the Address, as follows:— My Lords, I thank you sincerely for your loyal and dutiful Address. I received with great satisfaction your assurances that you will bestow your careful consideration on the measures that may he submitted to you, and I trust that such measures may be settled in such a manner as may best conduce to the interests of all my faithful subjects.
