§ THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (The Duke of BUCKINGHAM and CHANDOS)asked the noble Lord who had charge of the Bill to postpone its consideration till Monday, when the evidence on the subject would have been delivered and be in the hands of noble Lords.
LORD STRATHEDEN AND CAMPBELLacceded to the request of the noble Duke, and hoped he would use his influence as Chairman of Committees to insure the distribution of the Papers.
