My Lords, since the noble Marquess opposite (the Marquess of Salisbury) the other day contradicted the report that he had used a disrespectful expression with reference to Her Majesty's Ambassador Extraordinary at Constantinople (Sir H. Drummond Wolff), I have also looked at my share in that report, where I was represented to say that the right hon. Gentleman was in a state of suspended animation. I beg to state that I never used that expression.
