HL Deb 19 April 1887 vol 313 c1241
LORD BRABOURNE

said, that as the second reading of the Irish Land Bill stood first for Thursday, the Railway Traffic Bill could not come on at a convenient hour on the same night, and he would ask his noble Friend in charge of the Bill to fix it for a time when it could be fairly discussed.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADE (Lord STANLEY of PRESTON)

said, that it had been his intention to take the Report of Amendments stage of this Bill upon Thursday next; but as the second reading of the Irish Land Law Bill would be taken upon that evening, he would postpone the Report upon this Bill until Tuesday next.

House adjourned at Five o'clock, to Thursday next, a quarter past Ten o'clock.
