Order of the Day for the Second Reading read.

THe LORD CHANCELLOR (Lord HERSCHELL)

, in rising to move the second reading of the Bill, said, its object was to remove some doubts with regard to copies of drawings and specifications. The Bill declared that that which served all needful purposes should be sufficient.

Moved, "That the Bill be now read2a"—(The Lord Chancellor.)

Motion agreed to; Bill read 2a accordingly, and committed to a Committee of the "Whole House on Tuesday next.
