inquired whether the Government intended to proceed further with the Lunacy Bill?

THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURY,

in reply, said, that there was every disposition on the part of Her Majesty's Government to proceed with the Bill, if the arrangements for Business in the House of Commons were such as to enable so complicated a measure to be passed this Session.
