I beg to give Notice that to-morrow, at 2 o'clock, I shall move that the Thanks of this House be given to General Lord Wolseley, General Graham, Lord John Hay, and other officers and men of the Army and Navy, for the skill, courage, and ability with which they conducted the late operations in the Soudan.
