THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE (for Lord CASTLETOWN)

asked the Lord President of the Council, Whether it was the intention of Her Majesty's Govern- ment to introduce a Purchase of Land (Ireland) Bill in the present Session; and, if so, whether in the new Bill they would make alterations to meet the objections which were raised to certain clauses in the former Bill?

LORD CARLINGFORD (LORD PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL),

in reply, said, that the Government had no intention to introduce such a Bill this Session.
