THE DUKE OF ARGYLLsaid, that as he found that a good many of their Lordships, and also a number of Members of the other House who were interested in the subject, were strongly of opinion that the question of the control of education had not been sufficiently considered in connection with the Secretary for Scotland Bill, he would raise the question again on Thursday on the occasion of the third reading of that Bill.
