My Lords, I have observed from the papers that the Convention with the Boer delegates has been signed, and I should like to ask the noble Earl the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Whether it will be laid on the Table on an early day?

said, the text of the Convention would be laid on the Table at once, and the Correspondence in reference to it would be ready to be laid on the Table in a few days.
