said, he wished to ask Her Majesty's Government, Whether they could give the House any information with regard to the explosion that morning at Victoria Station, which had caused so much alarm in the Metropolis? He believed there was a very strong feeling that that was another of that class of outrages which had taken place on previous occasions.
