My Lords, I beg to give Notice that, on some early day after the Easter Recess, which I will then name, it is my intention to direct the attention of the House to the working and the operation of the Land Act; and to ask Her Majesty's Government, whether they have any measures in contemplation for the purpose of strengthening and enforcing the Purchase Clauses of the Land Act?
