Message from the Commons, That they have appointed a Committee, to consist of five Members, to join with a Committee of their Lordships to inquire whether it is expedient that Parliamentary sanction should be given to a sub marine communication between England and France; and to consider whether any or what conditions should be imposed by Parliament in the event of such communication being sanctioned; and to request that their Lordships will be pleased to appoint an equal number of Lords to be joined with the Members of that House.

Ordered, That the said Message be taken into consideration To-morrow.
