I beg to give Notice that to-morrow I shall move the following Resolution on behalf of the Government:— That Her Majesty having directed a military expedition of Her forces charged upon the revenues of India to he despatched for service in Egypt, this House consents that the revenues of India shall he applied to defray the expenses of the military operations which may he carried on by such forces beyond the external frontiers of Her Majesty's Indian Possessions.
