THE LORD CHANCELLOR

, in moving the first reading of a Bill to amend the law respecting the recovery of Stolen Articles, said, it was the same Bill as that which was proceeded with last Session up to a certain stage; and he proposed, when it reached the same stage, to move the re-appointment of a Select Committee to which it should be referred.
