asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies, When further Papers will be presented regarding the Transvaal; and, also, whether in those Papers will be included the Letter from Mr. Gladstone to the Boer Leaders?

in reply, said, he laid on the Table of the House the previous night further Papers with, respect to the Transvaal; and they included the Letter referred to.
