asked the noble Earl the Secretary of State for the Colonies, that facilities might be given for hastening the production of the evidence taken before the Irish Land Commission. That evidence was promised in a week; but a fortnight had been allowed to elapse.

THE EARL OF KIMBERLEY

promised to bring the matter under the notice of the Department charged with the duty of producing the evidence.
