THE LORD CHANCELLORsaid, he wished to lay on the Table a Bill for the amendment and consolidation of the laws relating to Municipal Corporations in England and Wales, and to move that it be read a first time. He introduced the measure at that late period of the Session with the view of the measure being considered between that and next Session.
