, on behalf of Lord SELBORNE, gave Notice that on Thursday, the 16th, he would call attention to the question, whether the Indian troops excepted from the Vote recited in the Preamble to the Mutiny Act can, consistently with Constitutional Law, be employed during time of peace elsewhere than in Her Majesty's Indian Possessions without the previous consent of Parliament?
