§ THE EARL OF BEACONSFIELDMy Lords, we propose that the House shall rise on the 16th of April and meet again on the 14th of May. Of course, that arrangement is made subject to the occurrence of anything extraordinary in reference to the Public Business between this and the 16th of April.
