said: My Lords, turning to another subject, I have an agreeable announcement to make. I have received a telegram, addressed to the Secretary to the Admiralty, from the Naval Commander-in-Chief at Portsmouth, which is to the following effect:—The Eurydice has been moved 180 feet out of the sand-hold in which she was imbedded, and she is likely to be towed ashore to-morrow morning.
