moved that the Bill be now read the third time.

My Lords, before this Bill passes, I should wish to mate one remark, and that is with respect to the future residence of His Royal Highness. Of course, His Royal Highness will have a residence in England; but I am sure it will give great satisfaction to the people of Ireland if His Royal Highness will give preference to that country in any future residence that he may establish at a distance from the Palace of Westminster.
