§ EARL GRANVILLEsaid, the Blue Book containing the Correspondence on the Eastern Question had only been issued that day, although their Lordships had had the advantage of reading a summary of its contents in The Times on Saturday. Some references were made in the Blue Book to documents not to be found in that publication. This was very puzzling, and he trusted 1766 the noble Earl the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs would give some explanation on the subject.
§ THE EARL OF DERBYexplained that he had originally intended to include in the general Correspondence the Papers relating to the Salonica Massacres; but, finding that the latter documents were already formed into a separate collection, and in order to avoid delay, he resolved to issue them in another volume. The references mentioned by the noble Earl were to these Papers, which would, he trusted, be in their Lordships' hands in the course of the next 24 hours.
