Ordered, That this House will not receive: any petition for a Private Bill after Monday the 30th day of this instant March, unless such Private Bill shall have been approved by the Curl of Chancery; nor any petition for a Private Bill approved by the Court of Chancery after Monday the 12th day of May next:

That this House will not receive any report from the Judges upon petitions presented to this House for Private Bills after Monday the 12th day of May next:

Ordered, That so much of Standing Order No. 179. section 3. as requires that "no such Bill shall be read a second time earlier than the fourth day nor later than the seventh day after the First Reading thereof be suspended during the present Session, and that every such Bill shall be read a second time on the fourth day after the First Reading thereof, whether thy Standing Orders applicable thereto have or have not been complied with; and that so much of the Order of the 15th day of March 1859 as requires two clear days notice of the day on which any Bill shall be examined shall also be suspended during the present Session in respect to Bills originating in this House:

"That so soon as the List of Bills in either of the two classes of Private Bills which are to commence in this House shall, be settled, all such Bills which the promoters intend to proceed with must be read a first time on the next day on which the House shall sit: and that all such Bills in the case of which the Examiners shall have certified that the Standing Orders have not been complied with shall be referred to the Standing Orders Committee on the third day after such First Beading.
