§ Moved that the Viscount Eversley he appointed to take the chair in the Committees of the Whole House in the absence of the Lord Redesdale from illness, unless where it shall have been otherwise directed by the House; agreed to: Then it was ordered that the Viscount Eversley do also take the chair in all Committees upon Private Bills and other matters in the absence of the Lord Redesdale from illness, unless where it shall have been otherwise directed by this House.
