THE EARL. OF CAMPERDOWNsaid, the visit to the Fleet would partake more of the character of an inspection than of a review, because the iron-dads at Spit-head would be at anchor, and the Royal Yacht would pass between them. If any of their Lordships wished to be present, he had to request that they would be good enough to place their names as early as possible on a paper, which would be loft in the Prince's Chamber for the purpose, and a ticket would be forwarded to each from the Admiralty. That ticket would admit the bearer to a Government vessel, which would accompany the Royal Yacht on the inspection. Special trains would not be provided at the expense of 990 the Government, as on a former occasion; but he had no doubt that that matter would be satisfactorily attended to by the Railway Companies.
