§ So much of the Standing Order of the 15th day of March 1859 which requires "that the Examiner shall give at least two clear days notice of the day on which any Bill shall be examined," and also section 9. of Standing, Order No. 178, considered (according to order), and dispensed with for the remainder of the Session.
