said, he had on a former evening introduced a Bill to enable Lord Napier of Magdala to enjoy his salary as a member of Council in Bombay, notwithstanding his receipt of a pension from the Crown; but he now begged leave to withdraw the measure, inasmuch as he found that, in consequence of its being a money Bill, it must originate in the other House of Parliament.
