§ Moved, That the Resolution of the 25th of June last, viz., "That no Bill confirming any Provisional Order made by the Board of Trade under the General Pier and Harbour Act, 1861, shall be read a Second Time after Friday, the 6th of July," in respect to, be dispensed with; agreed to: (The Earl of Belmore:) Then the said Bill was (according to Order) read 2a and committed to a Committee of the Whole House on Thursday next.
