Against not insisting on the Amendments made by this House to which the Commons disagree.

DISSENTIENT:Because the effect of the Bill, without the Amendments introduced in this House, is to deprive persons who have instituted legal proceedings for the purpose of asserting their rights, of the benefits of the remedies to which they were entitled.
