Standing Orders 184 and 185 considered (according to Order), and amended as follows:—
Standing Order 184. At the end of Section 2 add ("and if the Bill is for the Purpose of establishing a Company for carrying on any Work or Undertaking, the Persons in whose Names any such Deposit is made must he Subscribers to the Undertaking, and their names must appear as such in the Bill"):
Standing Order 185. At the end of Section 2 add ("or that he or they are Persons in whose Names the Deposit required by the Orders of this House is made").
