§ THE EARL OF AIRLIE moved the omission of the proviso exempting Ireland from the provisions of the Bill.
THE EARL OF DONOUGHMOREurged upon the noble Earl not to press his Amendment. He had received letters from the West of Ireland expressing alarm that if the Bill were extended to that country there would not be a lamb left.
