§ Clause 3 (Prohibition of Export of Salmon at certain Times).
THE EARL OF DALHOUSIEmoved to omit the words—
No unclean or unseasonable Salmon and no Salmon caught during the Time at which the Sale thereof is prohibited in the District where it is caught, shall be exported or entered for Exportation from any Part of the United Kingdom to Parts beyond Seas,for the purpose of inserting other words, the effect of which would be to prohibit the importation of salmon from abroad during the close season.
