moved to Resolve— That, inasmuch, as the Poor Law Commission Will expire at the close of the present Session of Parliament if not continued by the said Bill, the Circumstances which require Legislation on the Subject Matter of the said Bill are of such real Urgency as to render the immediate Consideration of the same necessary.
