§ THE EARL OF BANDONasked the President of the Board of Trade whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce any Bill in the present session to facilitate the granting of leasing powers, and especially building leases, in Ireland.
THE EARL OF DONOUGHMOREreplied that the Attorney General had prepared a Bill upon the subject, which he hoped to introduce into the other House of Parliament some time before Easter.
