§ EARL GRANVILLEhoped that the despatch sent out by the noble Earl the President of the Board of Control with reference to the Proclamation of Lord Canning would be laid at once on the table of the House. He was not aware that he should take any course on the question, but very possibly he might call the attention of the House to the subject.
