HL Deb 22 February 1858 vol 148 c1854

BILL READ 3a AND PASSED.

LORD PANMURE

said, that there was a Bill standing on the paper, about which he apprehended there could be no difference of opinion—namely, the Havelock Annuity Bill. He, however, left the matter in the hands of the noble Earl opposite; but, if there was no objection, he would now move the order of the day for the third reading of the Bill.

THE EARL OF MALMESBURY

could see no objection whatever to proceeding with the Bill.

Bill read 3a, and passed.

House adjourned at a quarter to Six o'clock, till To-morrow, half-past Ten o'clock.
