THE LORD STEWARD OF THE HOUSEHOLD (The Earl of ST. GER-MANS)brought up the following gracious Message from Her Majesty in answer to the Address:—

§ "You may be assured of My cordial Cooperation in Measures calculated to increase the Security of all Parts of this Empire, to improve the Institutions of the Country, and to promote the Welfare and Prosperity of all Classes of My Subjects."
