HL Deb 07 August 1855 vol 139 c1924

Moved to resolve— That as the Lunatic Asylums (Ireland) Advances Bill and the Navigation Works (Ireland) Bill relate almost exclusively to the Repayment or Application of Monies granted by Parliament, and so far as such Provisions are concerned may be read a Second Time as Bills of Aid or Supply, and as no Objection has been raised to any of the other Provisions of the said Bills, it is expedient that the same be allowed to proceed if the House shall think fit so to order.

Agreed to; Bill read 2a (according to Order) and committed to a Committee of the whole House on Thursday next.

House adjourned to Thursday next.
