In reply to a question of Lord LYND-HURST,

The EARL of ABERDEEN

said, that it was not his intention to ask their Lordships to join in the address to the Crown from the other House of Parliament, praying inquiry into practices reported to prevail in the borough of Clitheroe.

LORD CAMPBELL

gave notice, that if any noble Lord should be found to do so, he would move that that Motion should be considered that day six months.
