§ The MARQUESS of LANSDOWNEsaid, that with regard to the letter from Lord Ellenborough in defence of his measures, while Governor General of India, upon the non-production of which that noble Lord had commented the previous evening, he was happy to state that the Board of Control had found it, and it would be produced with the other papers relative to the same affairs.
