The EARL of SHAFTESBURY

moved— That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that Her Majesty will be graciously pleased to direct that a Circular shall be addressed to the several Ministers of Her Majesty at Foreign Courts, and also to the Consuls where they discharge diplomatic Functions, instructing them to report on the Facilities which are offered in the several Countries in which they reside for the Erection of Protestant Chapels, and for the Formation and Regulation of Protestant Burial Grounds; and also on the Laws which prevail in the several Countries where the Roman Catholic Religion is established, touching the exercise of that Protestant Religion.
