asked the noble Marquess whether he had any intention of laying on the table the treaty said to have been recently concluded with the Government of Buenos Ayres?

The MARQUESS of LANSDOWNE

admitted that such a treaty had been concluded, and was understood to say that he should have no objection to produce it.
