moved, according to Notice, that The Standing Order requiring that every Private Bill which shall be opposed be referred to a Select Committee of Five Lords, who shall choose their own Chairman, be suspended during the remainder of the present Session and that the Lords who are appointed a Committee to select and propose to the House the Names of the Lords, may, if they find it in any case necessary, select and propose Three Lords, to form such Committee, instead of Five.
