The Lord Chancellor

said, he had to inform the House that her Majesty had graciously received the joint address of the two Houses of Parliament, and had returned the following most gracious answer:—

On the motion of the Lord Chancellor, her Majesty's most gracious answer was ordered to be printed and published.
